Heavy bags? Clunky suitcases?

Whether you’re staying in Rum Bunkhouse or one of our outdoor eco-cabins, you can take advantage of our luggage pick up and drop off service.

How does it work?

When you arrive off the ferry, take your bags into the waiting area. You’ll see our logo - simply drop your bags off there and fasten a luggage tag and write the lead surname on your booking. We’ll have your bags at our reception in time for check in at 2pm.
When you’re checking out, please have any bags that you’d like transported in our reception by 9am with luggage tag attached (8.30am on Saturdays). We’ll take it to the pier before 10am, in time for any ferry you’re hoping to catch. We’ll leave bags in the waiting area.

 

How do I book?

When you book online, you'll see an option to add luggage pick up on just before you check out. If more than one person in your booking would like their bags picked up, please make sure to add multiple to your basket.

If you have already booked and would like to add this on, email rumbunkhouse@gmail.com or reply to any in-house communication that you've had already, and we'll sort the rest!
